Promodiser

A Promodiser is responsible for actively promoting and selling products or services to potential customers in retail stores, trade shows, and other designated locations. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, as well as a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Demonstration and Promotion:

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers in an engaging and informative manner.
• Conduct product presentations and answer customer questions effectively.
• Create attractive and informative product displays.
• Participate in product launches, sampling events, and trade shows.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Achieve sales targets and quotas set by management.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.

Merchandising and Inventory Management:

• Ensure that products are properly displayed and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Administrative Tasks:

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and activity logs.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
