Education
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any relevant discipline
Must-Have Skills
10+ years of Quality Management experience in the Healthcare BPO domain
Recent managerial experience in Healthcare Quality (Manager/Senior Manager level)
Strong expertise in Six Sigma , Lean , and COPC methodologies
Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is highly preferred
Experience creating and implementing enterprise Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks
Strong experience in client management and stakeholder engagement
Experience leading Digital Transformation initiatives using AI, RPA, and Machine Learning
Knowledge of Automated QA, QMS, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies
Experience managing BPaas quality systems transitions
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills
Ability to join immediately or within 10 days

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Quality Management across multiple Healthcare BPO business units.
Develop and implement strategic Quality Assurance frameworks, governance models, and measurement systems.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with Operations, Training, Process Excellence, Analytics, and Clients to improve customer experience and compliance metrics.
Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, RPA, ML, and automation technologies.
Drive process optimization using Six Sigma, Lean, COPC, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies.
Manage compliance, business risks, and quality governance across multiple accounts.
Mentor, coach, and develop Quality Leads, Assistant Managers, Managers, and Senior Managers.
Lead succession planning, capability development, and performance management.
Foster a culture of innovation, customer excellence, and continuous improvement.
