ROLE SUMMARY
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent service across different communication channels depending on the assigned account.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance
- Support account-related tasks such as billing, orders, or troubleshooting (depending on account)
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
- Meet performance and productivity targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
- College fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
- Applicants with or without BPO experience are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Must be currently residing within Metro Manila (if required per account)
