Quality Assurance Specialist
Medtronic Philippines Inc.
Medtronic seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist in Taguig City to develop and maintain QA processes, conduct audits, and lead process improvement initiatives. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to optimize operations, implement automation and AI solutions, and support operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, standards, and documentation
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to evaluate adherence to procedures and service expectations
- Analyze quality trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Manage cross-functional quality improvement projects including planning and stakeholder coordination
- Monitor quality metrics, prepare reports, and communicate performance insights to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years QA, process improvement, or business operations experience
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience creating and maintaining business processes and quality documentation
- Data analysis skills with ability to identify trends and support continuous improvement
