Video Graphics Specialist / Video Editor & Videographer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Video Graphics Specialist / Video Editor & Videographer to support our production team in executing high-quality video content for digital platforms. This role involves hands-on participation in video shoots, video editing, and basic motion graphics creation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both on set and in post-production, with a strong eye for visuals, pacing, and brand consistency.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideography / Production
- Assist and participate in day-to-day video shoots
- Operate and handle camera equipment, basic lighting, and audio setups
- Support on-set production needs including equipment setup and breakdown
- Ensure proper framing, exposure, and shot composition during shoots
- Help manage and organize raw footage and production files
Video Editing
- Edit videos including cutting, sequencing, pacing, and transitions
- Enhance overall visual flow and storytelling of video content
- Assist in color correction, sound syncing, and basic audio cleanup
- Optimize videos for various platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, ads, e-commerce)
- Ensure all video outputs meet brand standards, quality control, and deadlines
Graphics & Motion Design
- Design and animate basic graphic elements such as lower thirds, titles, captions, and overlays
- Collaborate with the video team on visual concepts and style direction
Workflow & Collaboration
- Manage and organize project files, assets, and raw footage for efficient workflow
- Collaborate closely with content producers, videographers, and editors
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, design styles, and platform formats
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing softwares
- Strong understanding of video editing fundamentals (timing, pacing, storytelling)
- Ability to create clean, modern motion graphics and animated text
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual aesthetics
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with a fast-paced creative team
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, e-commerce videos)
- Familiarity with fast-turnaround content production
