We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead end-to-end operations for our integrated poultry farm and toll-dressing plant. You will take total ownership of production—from live chicken handling to final toll-processed goods—while ensuring world-class food safety and cold chain management.
What You Will DoFarm Operations Management: Oversee daily poultry housing operations, biosecurity protocols, ventilation, feed management, flock health, and performance metrics (FCR, growth rates, mortality).
Processing Plant Operations: Lead dressing plant activities to deliver volume, yield, and client specifications for multi-client toll-processing operations.
Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) regulations.
Cold Chain & Infrastructure: Maintain expert oversight of industrial chilling and refrigeration systems essential to cold chain integrity.
Operational Leadership: Manage budgets, analyze yield data, optimize costs, and lead diverse teams across farming and processing divisions.
Education: Degree in Agriculture / Animal Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or Business Management.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive management experience in poultry farming and food processing (experience in toll processing/contract manufacturing is a plus).
Technical Skills: Solid background in live poultry operations, NMIS/HACCP compliance, and extensive engineering/industrial refrigeration knowledge (ammonia or Freon systems).
Leadership Style: Results-driven leader with strong problem-solving skills, organizational discipline, and a deep commitment to food safety and product quality.
