- Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees
- Monitor and record employees’ health conditions and maintain medical records
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs
- Conduct health assessments and wellness activities
- Coordinate with accredited hospitals and clinics for medical concerns
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and company health regulations
- Manage medical supplies and clinic inventory
- Prepare and submit health-related reports as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license)
- Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety standards
- With BOSH/OHNAP certification is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to be assigned on-site
