Beauty Specialist (Sales Associate)
Locations:
- Pasay City
- Taguig City
We're looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who love beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. If you enjoy helping customers discover products that suit their needs while delivering exceptional service, we'd love to have you on our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting beauty, skincare, and personal care products.
- Provide product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper merchandising of the assigned area.
- Stay updated on current beauty trends, promotions, and new product launches.
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college graduate.
- Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or beauty is an advantage.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City or Taguig City.
