Position: Mandarin Business Development Analyst Company Industry: Investment Company Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9 AM - 6 PM) Salary: Php 115,000-Php 200,000 (2000 – 3500 USD) Work Set Up: Work onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- ️Bachelor's degree holder.
- ️Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese, Malaysian and Taiwanese who are conversational and proficient in Mandarin & English.
- ️Open for no related experience.
- ️With knowledge and experience in administrative work, including catering to VIPs, drafting meeting minutes, fast and accurate typing, strong synthesis skills, and research experience.
- ️Experience in working in government agencies, regulators, local government units, or economic zones is a big advantage.
- ️Willing to report on field and open to travel local.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- ️Attend meetings with internal teams, government agencies, advisers, project partners, and other stakeholders alongside the Project Leader.
- ️Prepare structured research notes, briefing papers, and comparison tables that summarize complex topics into clear, concise outputs for the Project Leader.
- ️Support basic financial and project analysis in Excel (e.g., simple cashflow projections, high-level payback and sensitivity checks) under the guidance of the Project Leader.
- ️Support the preparation of summaries, cover notes, and document packs for submissions to government agencies and other authorities.
- ️Prepare meeting agendas and background packs (key documents, summaries, and questions) for the Project Leader.
- ️Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials for internal and external audiences.
