- Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide recommendations.
- Handle sales transactions and maintain customer records.
- Assist with managing inventory and restocking computer accessories and supplies.
- Perform general cleaning and organization of the shop.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and customer support for computers and devices.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and accessories.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
