TV and Washing Machine Technician

Description - Conduct diagnostics and repairs on various brownline products including washing machines and televisions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of appliances.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the repair process.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and technical skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred with NCII
- Experience Level: 0-2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in washing machine and television repair.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours based on customer needs.
