About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design SAP Finance solutions, configure the system, and support end-to-end migration from SAP ECC or legacy SAP environments. You will work across one or more of the following functional areas:- Financial Accounting (FI)
- Controlling (CO)
- Product Costing
- Asset Accounting
- Project Systems (PS)
- Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
- Treasury and Banking
- Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP Finance implementation and migration projects, including SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions.
- Analyze current business processes and identify gaps between existing SAP solutions and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Recommend solution designs and process improvements to address identified gaps.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during development.
- Configure SAP Finance modules to meet business requirements.
- Execute and support system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user training as needed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an SAP Finance Functional Consultant.
- Experience with SAP ERP Finance modules such as FI, CO, or related Finance components .
- Good understanding of the Record-to-Report (R2R) business process.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP Finance and other SAP modules.
- Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and SAP configuration.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with SAP ECC is an advantage; candidates interested in upskilling to SAP S/4HANA are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to travel for project requirements when necessary.
