Sales Coordinator

Ultraplas Corporation
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable information about Ultraplas Corporation's industrial products and services.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through proactive client outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure all materials are stocked and displayed neatly.
- Process transactions and handle cash accurately for sales orders.
- Contribute to team goals in a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial supply environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer service position.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working Conditions: 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Mondays-Saturdays
- Qualities and Traits: An ideal candidate should be personable, have a customer-focused attitude, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative.
