Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and account-specific procedures.
- Meet performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns.
