About the role
This role involves supporting marketing and digital content initiatives, design and materials creation, vendor coordination, and company event organisation. You will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, create content for branding materials, and help organise company events including exhibitions, roadshows, workshops and seminars.
Key responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Manage social media accounts (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
Create content for social media campaigns and branding materials
Ensure consistency of company branding across all materials
Prepare marketing materials for training, presentations, and events
Use basic design tools (e.g. Canva) to support content creation
Coordinate with external vendors and marketing partners
Support internal teams with marketing-related requirements
Develop full year marketing plan
Organise company events such as exhibitions, roadshows, workshops and seminars
About you
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of marketing or marketing support experience
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) is a plus
Experience in digital marketing or content creation (preferred)
Basic photo/video editing skills (preferred)
Strong attention to detail (preferred)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks (preferred)
