- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Check the daily condition of cleaning equipment that remove dust, stones and foreign material from raw wheat.
- Help Maintain a stable and consistentflow rate of wheatthrough cleaning and tempering equipment.
- Take regular wheat samples forlaboratory analysis
- Keep the screenroom clean and cleaning equipment
- Complete daily checklisttask for machinery performance.
- Assist maintenance teams during minor equipment adjustments or scheduled mill shutdowns.
- Follow industrial safety rules, hygiene protocols and food safety standards.
