Position : Finance Supervisor

Company Industry : Manufacturing

Work Location : Binalonan, Pangasinan

Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary : Php 30,000 – Php 50,000 (negotiable depending on years of experience)

Work Setup : On-Site

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• 1–2 years of related experience in supervisory or managerial roles in the same field
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Pangasinan

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Leads and manages the overall operations of the Finance Department
• Supervises and ensures the accurate completion of complex accounting processes, including disbursements, balancing, reconciliations, and resolving financial discrepancies
• Manages the implementation of the approved Operating Plan and Budget (OPB) through Program Review and Analysis (PRA), including budget adjustments and related financial matters
• Directs the creation of financial reports, forecasts, and annual budget plans
• Enforces financial policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure effective execution of finance-related activities
