We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist with a variety of tasks in our workplace. The Helper will provide support to skilled workers, maintain organization, and ensure that work areas are clean and safe. This is an entry-level position ideal for those who want to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Assist with Manual Labor: Help move, load, unload, and transport materials, tools, or equipment.
- Support Skilled Workers: Assist technicians, carpenters, electricians, or other tradespeople by preparing materials, handing tools, and performing basic tasks.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work environment organized, clean, and safe by clearing debris, sweeping floors, and maintaining equipment.
- Prepare Work Areas: Set up workspaces by ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are readily available for the team.
- Tool and Equipment Care: Help clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment and minimize accidents.
- Perform Additional Tasks: Assist with various other tasks as needed to support the project or team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality and completing tasks efficiently.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work well with others, take direction, and contribute to team goals.
- Attention to Detail: Capability to follow instructions carefully and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
- Safety Awareness: Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Previous Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not necessary for entry-level candidates.
