Investment Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Investment Relations Officer to manage and enhance our
company’s relationships with investors and regulatory bodies. This role involves preparing and updating information
1. Regulatory Compliance:
• Prepare and update information about the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the company.
• Ensure compliance with the Bureau of Investments (BOI) mandates related to the company.
2. Investor Relations:
o Develop and implement an investor relations plan and strategy.
o Communicate with shareholders and potential investors to provide information about the company’s financial performance and prospects.
o Manage the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and other financial reports.
o Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and other investor relations events.
3. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and present financial information to analysts, investors, and company executives.
• Monitor changes in the ownership of the company’s stock and report on investor sentiment and market trends.
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with SEC and BOI regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Department on financial disclosures and reporting.
Education:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Applicants with strong related experience in the job description can be considered with a bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
• Department Manager: At least 5 years of related experience.
• General Manager: At least 10 years of related experience.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a public company or similar environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the Philippines.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Filipino.
