Location: Makati City or Pampanga
Salary: Php 100,000 - 110,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule

Requirements:
- Filipino proficient in Korean Language
- Korean National proficient in English and has a permanent visa in the Philippines
- College graduates and undergraduates can apply
- Customer service in health care background is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and email/chat
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by handling communications in Korean and English phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide assistance and answer the questions about health insurance plans, including coverage details, benefits, and who qualifies.
- Guide the customers on how to navigate the claims process, check claim statuses, and handle simple troubleshooting issues.
- Respond to inquiries about billing, payment procedures, and premium schedules in a timely manner.
