Description - Monitor the safety of swimmers and ensure compliance with pool rules.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in and around the pool area.
- Provide customer service to pool patrons and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Physical Strength, Swimming, Physical Fitness, Professional Lifeguard License
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to enforce rules and regulations effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and attentiveness
