Japanese Interpreter -Native levdel or near Native fluency

QUALIFICATION:

Male/Female Applicant must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite and can start ASAP Native-level or near-native fluency in Japanese Strong command of English, including idiomatic expressions and cultural nuances. They can translate written text as well as spoken language. Willing to work as a full time in operations. Good interpersonal skills and portray good leadership abilities Must have good analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities Facilitating communication in meetings, conferences, or negotiations JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test): N1 o N2 level ang madalas na requirement para sa professional interpreters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate international projects, cases, and partnerships. Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during production meetings, training sessions, and daily operations. Translate technical documents, manuals, safety guidelines, and production reports from Japanese to English (and vice versa). Support communication between Japanese Managers, and local employees in productions. Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate. Help Japanese staff communicate quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures to local teams. Provide real-time interpretation during problem-solving discussions on production issues. Facilitate communication with global clients and partners, ensuring clarity in negotiations and project updates. Translate and interpret during client visits, audits, and business reviews. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for international stakeholders. Note: Compensation will be aligned with current wages of same/similar existing roles, and negotiable depending on the candidate's cul and quality delivery of aspirations during the interview.
