- A food attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service in food service settings, such as restaurants, cafeterias, or food courts. Their duties may include:
- Taking Orders: Greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, and providing recommendations or menu details.
- Food Preparation and Service: Assisting with food preparation, assembling orders, and serving food to customers.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping dining areas clean, wiping down tables, and ensuring the environment is tidy and presentable.
- Handling Cash or Payments: Processing payments, handling cash, or using point-of-sale (POS) systems to complete transactions.
- Customer Assistance: Responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Restocking: Restocking food items, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed to keep the area running smoothly.
- Adhering to Safety and Hygiene Standards: Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
