A Content Creator produces engaging, original, and brand-aligned multimedia content designed to educate, entertain, and connect with the target audience. The role involves conceptualizing, planning, creating, editing, and publishing content across various digital platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and company websites or blogs.
Core Responsibilities
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content, graphics, and written materials including captions, blogs, and newsletters.
- Execute the company’s content calendar and develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic reach.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging digital trends to maintain brand relevance.
- Analyze content performance metrics such as views, engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions to improve future content strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and livestream teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Maintain content quality, creativity, and consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, video editing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in video editing tools and content creation applications.
- Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced trends.
- Fresh graduates with strong creative portfolios are encouraged to apply.
