Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment, and goals
• Lead the planning and implementation of the project; define project tasks and resource requirements
• Prepare and manage project budget and resource allocation
• Plan and schedule project timelines and quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project
• Present the report to the Top Management, defining project progress, problems, and solutions
• Prepare project evaluations and assessment of results
• Provide directions and support to project team

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in General Construction (Horizontal and Vertical)
• Knowledge in both theoretical and practical aspects of Project Management
• Direct work experience in Construction Project Management
• Knowledge in project management technique and tools
