Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment, and goals
- Lead the planning and implementation of the project; define project tasks and resource requirements
- Prepare and manage project budget and resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines and quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project
- Present the report to the Top Management, defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Prepare project evaluations and assessment of results
- Provide directions and support to project team
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in General Construction (Horizontal and Vertical)
- Knowledge in both theoretical and practical aspects of Project Management
- Direct work experience in Construction Project Management
- Knowledge in project management technique and tools
