Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to manage both our daily accounting operations and warehouse activities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety – from reconciling invoices to overseeing inventory and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist with budget tracking
- Manage payroll and sales tax filings (if applicable)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of combined experience in accounting/bookkeeping and warehouse/inventory management
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and inventory systems ( Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or logistics preferred
- Willing to render overtime work on Saturdays as business needs.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP)
- Forklift certification
