Type: Full-Time The Red Clay Center of Excellence for Development, Testing, and Batch Operations in the Philippines is currently seeking a highly qualified OUAF Senior Consultant to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities. This role is designed for professionals who excel in dynamic, client-focused environments. What You’ll Do:

Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities. This role is designed for professionals who excel in dynamic, client-focused environments. What You’ll Do:
- Gather business requirements
- Translate needs into technical specs and design solutions
- Configure and develop using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- Go-live activities back support
- Ensure quality and compliance with coding standards
- Work closely with internal and / or client teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities or Meter Data Management
- Solid understanding of SDLC
- Proficient in Java, SOA, Web Services, XML, XSL/XSLT, SQL Server or Oracle
- Bonus: HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, PL/SQL
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
