HESS & Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Health, Environment & Safety (HES)- Conduct safety orientations, trainings, and awareness programs.
- Implement safety policies and perform job hazard analysis and risk assessments.
- Maintain emergency preparedness plans and support during emergency response.
- Inspect and maintain emergency equipment (oil spill kits, firefighting systems).
- Record incidents, prepare corrective actions, and generate safety statistics.
Facility Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance and repair of terminal equipment (pumps, motors, valves, HVAC, firefighting systems, piping, loading arms).
- Recommend facility/equipment upgrades and prepare technical proposals and purchase requests.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed as scheduled and documentation is updated.
- Assist with facility inspections, safety audits, and HESS-related project monitoring.
Security
- Monitor security activities and ensure compliance with the company security manual.
- Oversee security agency reporting, incident investigation, and performance compliance.
Other Duties
- Conduct periodic audits in the terminal and other assigned sites.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
