Sales Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts. Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations. Promote and sell company products to customers and potential clients. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required documents. Monitor customer orders, deliveries, payments, and account concerns. Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders. Prepare regular sales reports and updates on account performance. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of sales experience is preferred. Experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or related industries is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities. Results-driven and capable of meeting sales targets. Good presentation and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within the assigned area. Must be willing to work on-site in Tabaco, Albay. With a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
