Junior Electrician

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance
• Perform basic troubleshooting / corrective maintenance and restoration
• Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities. Perform minor repair if needed.
• Provide assistance to HO support or third-party contractor during maintenance/ project activity.
• Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other necessary documentations.
• Ensure that electrical and gen set room are clean.
• Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO.
• Maintains highest level of cleanliness in work/ storage areas
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants can be College Graduate of Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or other related Course, Graduate of Vocational Course, and/or Short Course Certificate.
• High School Graduate with sufficient experience is also encourage to apply.
• Have VALID NCII Electrician Certificate.
• Experience is preferred but no required.
• FRESH GRAD with NCII is encouraged to apply.
• Can perform preventive maintenance on Electrical System.
