I. Job Summary
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely operating the shuttle bus
on a regular basis.
II. Duties & Responsibilities
- To ensures safe transport of individuals/passengers to their destination (Monarch Parksuites - SM MOA and Vice-Versa).
- Operate the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
- Perform minor maintenance duties such as changing the oil.
- Clean the bus as scheduled and/or required.
- Ensure the bus is safely and securely stored.
- Advice the Property Manager of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
- Pick-up and drop-off the passenger according to the set daily schedules.
- Ensure that the passengers are aware of rules and regulations.
- Maintain order and discipline on the shuttle bus.
- Perform other related duties.
III. Job Specification
- High School Graduate /vocational course or equivalent
- Experience with professional driving and basic vehicle maintenance
- With valid driver's license
- Able to speak and read English to converse with residents and staff
- Knowledgeable of Philippine traffic rules and regulations.
