- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
- A customer service representative (CSR) helps build a relationship between a business and its customers by providing information, answering questions, and resolving complaints:
- CSRs provide information about products and services. They may also offer products and services.
- CSRs listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. They may do this via phone, email, social media, or chat.
- CSRs address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. They may provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- CSRs take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. They may also handle returns or replacements.
- CSRs review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary. They may also update customer information.
- CSRs keep records of customer interactions. They may also process customer accounts and file documents.
- Some skills that are useful for customer service representatives include:
- Empathy, Problem solving, Communication, Active listening, Technical knowledge, Patience, Tenacity, and Adaptability.
- Applicants should at least be high school graduates to apply.
- Applicants should have at least 1 year of BPO Experience to apply
- Applicants should be available to start ASAP
