- Perform inspections and diagnostics on agricultural equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of agricultural practices that promote sustainability.
- Provide technical support and training to farmers on the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Conduct research to support crop and soil management decisions.
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work performed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in agriculture or related technical fields
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in agricultural machinery, strong attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist in the training of clients and staff on equipment operation and safety
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various outdoor environments, sometimes in adverse weather conditions
