Work Schedule: Mid Shift | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time)
Salary: Php 100,000 gross
Work Set-Up: Hybrid | On-site 3x per week
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Strong background in ServiceNow modules (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, Workflows)
- Experience with web service integration (API, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML
- Knowledge of ITSM and Agile/Scrum methodology
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows and modules
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow-related issues
- Conduct testing and assist users during UAT
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to optimize processes
