Position: Mandarin Medical Information Specialist Company Industry: America’s Leading Brand for Trusted Medicine and Medical Devices Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (High Base Salary + Language Allowances) Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (Once a week, onsite)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak conversational Mandarin.
• Basic to Conversational in the English Language.
• Highly preferred Fresh Graduates, and No Experience is Required
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related Course (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.) is a big plus.
• Having a Mandarin Pharmaceutical Help Desk is a big advantage, but no experience is required to apply, as the training is provided for those willing to undergo training.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Handle basic phone calls and email inquiries from Mandarin-speaking medical professionals.
• Address inquiries related to product usage, expiration dates, dosage instructions, and other general information.
• Provide guidance on the correct use of medicines and medical devices.
• Explain potential side effects and other relevant product information when needed.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate support team.
• Assist Mandarin-speaking patients by providing accurate and timely responses to their questions.
