Job Summary:
Perform filing and sorting duties in relevant documentation ensure that everything is sorted properly.
Scope and Responsibilities:
1) Checking transmittals per bundle before and after receiving them from the scanner.
2) Ensuring all the documents received from CM are complete.
3) Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
4) Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents.
5) Ensure all the documents are alphabetical when filing.
6) Following and improving document control procedures
7) Performs other duties maybe assigned from time to time and when the need arises.
Education and Training Requirements:
· Graduate of any business and accounting degree
Skills Requirements:
· Flexible with sense of urgency
· Keen to details
· Highly motivated who can work with less supervision
· Organized and decisive
