Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our products or services. The ideal candidate will build relationships with potential clients, identify their needs, and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Present and promote products/services to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Meet sales targets and report on performance.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel or work flexible hours if required.
