Liaison Collector

- Act as a point of contact between the company and clients to collect payments.
- Visit clients to follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Deliver and collect documents, invoices, and receipts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, collections, and client interactions.
- Resolve customer payment issues and address concerns professionally.
- Report collection progress and outstanding accounts to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during collection activities.
- Proven experience as a liaison or collection officer (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of billing and payment processes.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and using basic software tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional qualifications in finance or business are a plus.
