Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Staff member to support our Human Resources department. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for supporting employee engagement and organizational success. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and hiring processes Manage employee records and documentation Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Previous HR or administrative experience preferred Salary and Benefits Salary Range: Php 17,000 to Php 18,000 per month.
