- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote aviation training programs and courses.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Create engaging content for websites, brochures, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, aviation organizations, and industry partners.
- Organize and participate in events such as career fairs, seminars, and open days.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize efforts and achieve enrollment goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in education or aviation industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge or interest in the aviation industry is a strong advantage.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
