We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to transport goods and/or passengers to various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and the ability to maintain a safe, clean vehicle while ensuring timely deliveries or pickups.
- Transport Goods/Passengers: Safely and efficiently drive vehicles to assigned destinations, ensuring timely arrival.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle, including fuel, oil, and tire checks. Report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes and adjust for traffic or weather conditions to meet delivery/pick-up schedules.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and any incidents or delays.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service during deliveries or pickups.
- Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations; ensure the vehicle is compliant with legal requirements.
- Load/Unload: Assist with loading/unloading goods if required.
- Experience: Proven experience as a driver (commercial driving preferred).
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of traffic laws, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items (if applicable).
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications may be required based on role).
