Operation Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the daily tasks, attendance, and performance of sailboat crews and property caretakers.
• Consolidate daily operational logs, incident reports, and staff updates into clear, concise daily reports for HR and Stakeholders.

• ​Conduct regular inspections of properties and sailboats to ensure strict compliance with safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
• ​ Assist stakeholders with ad-hoc administrative tasks, inventory management, and coordinating maintenance schedules.
• -Act as the first line of defense for on-site issues, resolving conflicts or operational bottlenecks efficiently.
• b>Minimum Qualifications:
• -At least 1 years of experience in Operations Management
• -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Tourism, or equivalent.
• ​Strong leadership skills with experience managing ground-level staff (caretakers, utility workers, or boat crew).
• ​ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Tagalog) for reporting to HR and Stakeholders.
• ​Proficient in using Google or MS Office (Excel/Word)
