Salary Range: ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 / month

Shift / Schedule: Day Shift | Extended hours as needed for campaigns

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and strategic KOL Manager to join our team in BGC, Taguig to drive our overall influencer marketing and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy. In this role, you will identify influencer growth opportunities, build strong referral networks, nurture emerging creators, and negotiate agency partnerships to boost brand visibility and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive 360° influencer marketing campaigns aligned with core business and sales growth objectives.
- Network & Community Growth: Identify KOL educational needs, build referral influencer networks, and discover/develop emerging content creators.
- Agency & Creator Relations: Build, negotiate, and maintain direct relationships with key talent, digital agencies, and content partners.
- E-Commerce & Sales Activation: Leverage influencer partnerships to directly drive online sales, brand awareness, and social proof across key digital channels.
- Market Research & Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor influencer strategies, and shifting consumer preferences to keep campaigns innovative.
- Budget & ROI Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets, optimizing spend to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with branding, creative, and marketing teams to align campaign assets with brand standards.
Job Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven success as a KOL Manager, Influencer Specialist, or in a similar agency/brand management role.
- Campaign Expertise: Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, talent negotiation, campaign reporting metrics, and creator relationship platforms.
- Strategic Vision: Strong leadership abilities with a strategic approach to creator selection and brand alignment.
- Creative Eye: Keen attention to detail regarding brand representation, aesthetics, and tone across creator channels.
- Teamwork: Exceptional ability to collaborate seamlessly across internal departments and external partner agencies.
General Skills & Attributes
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical: Strong data analysis skills to measure campaign ROI, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
- Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
