- Handling of HR facets in the organization
- Oversees hiring (applicant filtering) and deployment
- Creation of quality applicants' pool
- Cascades day 1 procedures to newbies (to include orientation of Policies and processes)
- Basic handling of employees' concerns (assisted by head)
- Conducts activities (for work-life balance) as approved by management
- Monitors evaluations of employees and coordinates with respective heads on results and recommendations
- Submits reports on hiring and other reports related to the function
- Travels to other sites outside branch assignment from time to time
- Performs other tasks as needed
