Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements related to healthcare services.
- Coordinate with medical facilities and travel agencies to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their travel journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and healthcare guidelines.
- Manage and resolve travel-related issues or emergencies promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in travel planning or healthcare services.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Working Conditions: May require occasional travel and flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, organized, and proactive in client relations.
