Social Solutions Assistant | Nigh Shift | Remote

ZigZag is looking for a  Social Solutions Assistant  to join our team!

The Social Solutions Assistant will be eager to learn and grow, becoming an expert in social media advertising across paid social platforms. Through meticulous attention to detail, he/she/they can manage multiple complex projects with ease – whether they call for organizational skills, data analysis, or business acumen – and is always ready and excited to hit the ground running.

Our client is looking for an assistant to support the North America Social team, including QA, campaign setup, and reporting, supporting delivery, top performance, and other client needs across paid social campaigns. This individual goes above and beyond in their day-to-day, strives to consistently exceed the expectations of their clients and fellow team members, and wants to help further the team's expertise. The right person for this role must be very detail-oriented, a strong communicator, collaborative, and a quick problem-solver.

What You Will Do:

• Owning the quality assurance (QA) process pre/post campaign launch across social platforms.
• Assist with campaign activation and setup across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other social platforms.
• Escalate to Social Solutions Managers on day-to-day tasks (flag RCO deadlines, discrepancies, audits, daily pacing checks, etc.).
• Support campaign management/coverage/overflow – pace and optimize towards unit goals, KPIs, and margin caps.
• Respond with urgency to all general and specialized requests using knowledge and understanding of all internal systems.
• Assist with pricing and RFP support, including pulling platform data and formatting materials.
• Support tracking and pixel implementation, and assist with issue troubleshooting/inquiry on social platforms.
• Maintain internal process and best practices documentation up-to-date.
• Own reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc audits.
• Take and share notes for various team meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• 1 year of digital media experience; social media advertising experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic & discipline to work productively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Slack).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must!
• Experience or familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus.
• A thirst to learn the social and digital landscape and share learnings with the team.
• A self-directed professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline.
• Able to effectively prioritize and work with little to no supervision.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
• A collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independently.
• Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world.
• Willing and able to work US time zone hours, in support of the North America Social team.
