- Monitor swimming areas for safety and enforce rules.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
- Perform regular pool maintenance and ensure cleanliness.
- Educate patrons on water safety practices.
- Maintain vigilance at all times and communicate effectively with team members.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Lifeguarding, Fitness, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant lifeguarding experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong physical strength, teamwork, yoga proficiency, fitness training expertise.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor swim areas, enforce safety rules, perform rescues, provide first aid, and lead fitness activities.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor and indoor pools, varying weather conditions, and potential stress in emergencies.
- Qualities and Traits: Alertness, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
