Job Scope:
• Monitor agent login/logout, duty hours, and break times
• Track performance and productivity of approximately 25 agents
• Create hourly/daily operational reports
• Support live operations through data monitoring and reporting
• Assist management with workforce-related reports and schedules
Requirements:
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, shortcuts)
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Workforce experience is preferred but not required
• Open to fresh graduates with strong Excel and reporting skills
• Must be willing to work onsite
