About The Role

ProPharma is seeking Philippines based Medical Information Specialists to support a US aligned client project. This role is suitable for licensed nurses who are comfortable working night shift hours and supporting medical information, adverse event and product quality complaint intake activities.

This is a work from home role. However, candidates should be based within reasonable travelling distance of the Makati office, as occasional office attendance may be required for team engagement, equipment delivery, asset management, equipment replacement, or other business needs. This may include occasional office attendance, such as around once per month, depending on business requirements.

The role will support medical information service delivery for pharmaceutical products, including responding to enquiries, documenting cases accurately, and following relevant client, regulatory and internal procedures.

Working Pattern

• This is a full time role.
• The working pattern is 8 hour shifts, 5 days per week, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
• Shifts will be scheduled within the service window of 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time.
• During the initial training period of approximately 4 weeks, the expected schedule will be 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time, including the 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
• Final shift allocation will be confirmed after onboarding and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to medical information enquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers and other external customers.
• Document medical information cases clearly, accurately and in line with required processes.
• Identify, document and escalate adverse events, product quality complaints and special situation events as required.
• Follow client specific working practices, ProPharma procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism and customer service.
• Work closely with internal Medical Information teams to ensure timely and compliant case handling.
• Attend the Makati office when required for business needs such as engagement activities, equipment delivery, asset management, or equipment replacement.

Requirements

• Valid nursing licence in the Philippines.
• Full working rights in the Philippines.
• Previous experience in medical information, pharmacovigilance, patient support, healthcare customer service, clinical practice, or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working night shift hours aligned to a US based service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
• Comfortable using computer systems, databases and standard office tools.
• Able to work full time and commit to the required training and shift schedule.
• Based within reasonable travelling distance of Makati City and able to attend the office when required.
