Online Sales Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the Online Sales Officer in various tasks related to the company’s online sales operation that should result to sales generation
- Manage and post to all Facebook platform
- Answering inquiries or quick response to the comments or message of customer
- Submit weekly report
- Collaborate with IT and Sales in creating marketing materials, updating company’s website and managing social media accounts
- Responsible in selling company products via social media (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Market Place, Viber ) with sales target
- Responsible for growing the online platform
- Create video clips, content, engagement, posting image
- Monitoring followers, likes and main page / website per account or per branch
